In this warehouse on Front Street in San Rafael, the Grateful Dead ran their recording and rehearsal studio.
Affectionately billed on their albums as "Club Front," the Dead recorded and mixed many of their later albums here.
Bob Dylan also spent a couple of weeks of rehearsal time there before going on tour with The Dead in 1987. It's now a supply house.
