This site was designed and conceived by Phillip Phlash, a resident of Marin since the early 1960's. This was pretty much a one-man job, slowly evolving between 1997 and 1999.

Phil has been involved in the music business as well as the computer industry and currently is deeply involved with the web in a close, personal way.
